1. Agreement to Terms

This website (www.micawas.com) is owned and operated by ORION STRATEGIC CONSULTANTS, operating under the commercial brand name MiCaWas. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Orion Strategic Consultants and MiCaWas.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing security gadgets, mini cameras, WiFi devices, GPS trackers, or accessories from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, including additional terms and policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink.

3. Pricing, GST & Product Accuracy

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

We strive to ensure accurate descriptions, images, technical specifications, and battery runtime measurements. Measured battery runtimes are derived from bench-testing under standard operating conditions and may vary depending on WiFi signal strength, resolution settings, and environmental temperature.

4. Payment Processing & Gateway

We offer secure online payments powered by Razorpay Payment Gateway, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes across India.

• Supported Online Methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro), NetBanking (50+ banks), and approved digital wallets.
• Security Standard: All online transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption and comply with RBI Guidelines and PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards. We do NOT store customer debit/credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once payment authorization is received or COD verification is completed.

5. 12-Month Hardware Warranty

Every electronic security device purchased directly from MiCaWas includes a standard 12-Month Limited Hardware Replacement Warranty covering technical defects in internal sensors, mainboards, lens modules, and charging circuits.

Warranty does not cover physical drops, liquid submersion (unless rated IP67/IP68), unauthorized disassembly, power surges due to non-standard charging adapters, or cosmetic wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orion Strategic Consultants, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including loss of data or storage corruption on third-party MicroSD cards.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

8. Marketplace & Flipkart SPS Integration

Where orders are fulfilled or synchronized via marketplace integrations including Flipkart Seller Partner Services (SPS API), inventory levels, tracking statuses, and order reconciliation are processed in compliance with the respective marketplace partner developer guidelines and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
